Do I need to register an account in order to place order?
While setting up an account is optional, it is greatly encouraged. Register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Sing Yan account:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Be notified when new stock arrives
- Save your address for faster shopping
- Manage your account details, order history and email preferences
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place an order, you will received an email confirmation that it has been received. One of our representatives will contact you to confirm the order via Whatsapp, SMS or phone call.
How can I check my order status?
After you have placed an order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation of your order details and status. You can click on the Order Link in that email to check current status of your order.
Alternatively, you can register an account with us. You can view all your order history via My Account page. If there are any urgent changes, please contact us with our number published at the “Contact” section at the top menu.
What payment methods do you accept?

- Direct Bank Transfer
Our direct Banking details will be presented to you upon final selection of products in the payment page. Please email / text us your transaction screenshot – Order ID, Name, Contact Number and Amount Transferred. Our sale representative will contact you the soonest. For urgent requests, please call us immediately.
