While setting up an account is optional, it is greatly encouraged. Register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Sing Yan account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Be notified when new stock arrives
  • Save your address for faster shopping
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences

After you place an order, you will received an email confirmation that it has been received. One of our representatives will contact you to confirm the order via Whatsapp, SMS or phone call.

After you have placed an order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation of your order details and status. You can click on the Order Link in that email to check current status of your order.

Alternatively, you can register an account with us. You can view all your order history via My Account page.


You can choose to pay via

  • Credit Cards
    We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express through Stripe or PayPal.
  • Direct Bank Transfer
    Our direct Banking details will be presented to you upon final selection of products in the payment page. Please email us on your transaction details - Order ID, Name, Contact Number and Amount Transferred. Our sale representative will contact you the soonest. For urgent requests, please call us immediately.
  • FavePay
    Launch your Fave App, search for SING YAN Bird's Nest and make a payment. Once done, enter the FavePay receipt ID in the Delivery Notes section on our website Check Out Page for quicker processing.

If you choose to make payment via Stripe / PayPal, payment will deduct the amount directly via your credit card.

All transactions are secured with encryption between you and our website, credit card by Stripe Inc / PayPal. We do not store your credit card information so it is safe to proceed with this payment method.
